General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)
Chapter 1 – General Provisions
Article 1 – Purpose
These GTCS govern the sale of products carried out by MySkinReference (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") on its website, as well as the rights and obligations of customers (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer"). They apply to all orders placed by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Article 3 – Acceptance of the GTCS
Any order implies the full and unconditional acceptance of the GTCS by the Customer. The validation of an order constitutes a signature and acceptance of all clauses.
Chapter 2 – Products
Article 4 – Description
The products sold are described accurately on the site (features, composition, price, availability). The Company strives to keep the information up to date, but variations may occur.
Article 5 – Availability
Products are offered within the limits of available stock. The Company informs the Customer in case of unavailability after the order has been placed.
Article 6 – Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€), excluding taxes (VAT).
Delivery charges are specified separately.
Prices may be changed at any time, but changes do not apply to already confirmed orders.
Chapter 3 – Order
Article 7 – Ordering Process
The Customer selects the products and adds them to the basket.
The Customer confirms their order and provides the necessary information (identity, delivery address, payment methods).
The Company confirms the order by email.
Article 8 – Acceptance of the Order
The order is effectively accepted when the Customer receives a confirmation email from the Company.
Chapter 4 – Payment
Article 9 – Terms
Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, Bancontact, PayPal or Ayden.
Payment is secure and must be made before the products are shipped.
Article 10 – Security and Responsibility
The Customer is responsible for the information provided for payment. The Company is not responsible in case of fault or error by the Customer in the entry.
Chapter 5 – Delivery
Article 11 – Terms
Delivery via carrier chosen by the Company.
Mode: DAP (delivery at home).
Delivery times: indicated at the time of order, but may vary depending on the carrier and customs formalities.
Article 12 – Transfer of Risks
The risks related to the products are transferred to the Customer as soon as they are taken over by the carrier (DAP).
Chapter 6 – Right of Withdrawal and Return
Article 13 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Belgian law, the professional Client does not benefit from the right of withdrawal, unless there is a specific agreement or in the case of defective products.
Article 14 – Returns
Returns are possible for defective or non-compliant products within 7 days after delivery.
The Client must provide proof (photo, description) and contact customer service.
Return costs are the responsibility of the liable party.
Article 15 – Exchanges
Exchange possible within 7 days for defective or non-compliant products.
Costs are covered by the Company only if the product is defective.
Chapter 7 – Refund
Article 16 – Terms
Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are adjusted based on returns and any applicable fees.
Chapter 8 – Liability
Article 17 – Limitation
The Company is only liable in cases of gross or intentional fault.
The Company is not liable for delays or damages caused by transport or cases of force majeure.
Article 18 – Legal Guarantees
The Company complies with Belgian legal guarantees on products.
Any defect must be reported immediately to customer service.
Chapter 9 – Data Protection
Article 19 – GDPR
Client data is used solely for:
- order management
- billing
- delivery
- commercial follow-up with consent
- In accordance with the GDPR, the Client can access, rectify or delete their data by contacting customer service.
Chapter 10 – Applicable law and jurisdiction
Article 20 – Applicable law
The General Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Article 21 – Jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the application of the General Terms and Conditions falls under the competent courts of the Company's registered office.
